Summary
The March 1968 Beaver Beacon reported District Fish Biologist Robert A. Drummond’s announcement that 10,000 legal-size rainbow trout would be planted in Fox Lake that spring. The April issue repeated that the fish would be brought to the island on an early spring boat trip and that spring trout fishing would be allowed.
