Summary
The St. James Episcopal Mission’s 1963 building project moved from a planned July 22 construction start to a September 1 dedication. The July Beaver Beacon described a log chapel and a future vicarage; the August issue said the chapel was well underway; and the September issue reported the dedication of a more-than-100-seat chapel and named Rev. Alexander Wood as priest-in-charge.
Evidence and limits
