A large printed nautical chart fills the image, with detailed coastlines, islands, depth soundings, navigation lines, and multiple compass roses. Blocks of printed notes and tabular information appear around the margins and in the lower portion. The sheet has a tan background, a ruled border, and handwritten marks near the bottom edge.
