BIA Beaver Island Association Supporting Environmental and Economic Sustainability Blighted Vehicle Removal Program Through our Blight Initiative, the BIA has launched a no-cost program to assist vehicle owners and property owners in the removal of blighted vehicles from their Beaver Island properties.
