A two-story wood-framed building under construction is sheathed in oriented strand board, with open window and upper-wall framing. A white pickup truck is parked along the wet street, and a boom lift with a worker in its basket stands beside the structure. Snow remains along the roadside, and signs are mounted on the building and adjacent buildings.
