Summary
The Beaver Island Rural Health Center said that term limits could open as many as three board seats. Because the bylaws allowed a maximum of eleven directors, the notice invited full- and part-time residents to apply for unpaid positions. It described expected meeting, advocacy, conflict-of-interest, teamwork, and fundraising responsibilities. Letters of interest were due January 10, 2008, for review before a January 19 annual meeting.
Evidence limits
This is a recruitment notice. It does not establish who applied, who was selected, or the final board composition.
