Summary
On January 29, 2011, Beaver Island Rural Health Center and Northern Michigan Hospital signed an agreement to cooperate on purchasing, training, information technology, and fundraising. The March follow-up describes board approval and expanded goals for supplies, education, telemedicine, connectivity, and mainland care. The earlier report also identifies new BIRHC officers and an agreement with the Council on Aging to provide help at Senior Housing.
