Summary
Beginning in December 2006, Fresh Air Aviation advertised a winter service that carried prepaid orders from Subway and Chee Peng in Charlevoix to Beaver Island for $2.50 per order. The alternating Thursday schedule was intended to give Island residents access to mainland restaurant food during the winter months.
Evidence limits
This is an operator announcement. It records the advertised service and its weather caveat, not the number of orders delivered, the actual flight dates, or the service’s performance throughout the winter.

- Fresh Air Aviation announced $2.50 flights for prepaid Subway orders on first and third Thursdays and Chee Peng orders on second and fourth Thursdays from December through March. It warned that weather could cancel the final flight and limited responsibility for order errors.
