Summary
The Civic Association planned an April 28 Harbor Beautification Day with planting, benches, litter collection, appearance prizes, and community cleanup around the village harbor. The July report says about 25 volunteers planted trees, installed eight cedar benches, removed more than two trailer loads of trash, leveled playground sand, and removed graffiti from road signs.
Evidence limits
The April notice and July follow-up are newspaper reports, not a complete attendance register, materials ledger, or landscape survey.
