Summary
In June 2018, the Beaver Island District Library reported that an eight-foot orange steel sculpture outside the library had disappeared. Eleven days later, a forum participant reported that the sculpture was back.

This record preserves the library’s contemporaneous report and the later return observation. It does not establish the cause of the disappearance, police involvement, or the identity of anyone who moved it.
