Summary
Central Solutions had assembled the Internet towers quickly enough that the January issue showed their first sections standing on their foundations. A mainland crane was needed to lift the upper sections, but winter weather prevented that work before the issue went to press. The remaining sections were expected to be installed in spring.
Evidence limits
This records an incomplete construction stage. It does not establish tower completion, service activation, coverage, or network performance.
