Summary

The May–June 1976 Beaver Beacon announced a July 3–4 Beaver Island program: baseball and Bingo, a pancake brunch at Holy Cross Hall, a Civic Carnival, an “Island History” parade, whitefish dinner, and fireworks. Ellie Hohn was listed as the parade contact.

Evidence and limits

This began as a public schedule and call for parade participation. The July issue separately reports that the program occurred, but this announcement record does not itself supply attendance, proceeds, or a complete roster.
