Summary
Tim Dwyer’s January 2006 letter argued that the draft Beaver Island Master Plan needed broader community input before the January 10 joint planning meeting. He identified possible effects on hunting areas, economic activity, taxes, property rights, and property values, and asked residents and Island groups to review the draft.
Evidence limits
This is a published opinion and call for participation, not a neutral summary of the plan or evidence that the predicted effects occurred.
