Summary
In July 2012, Deborah LePow memorialized Maynard, a dog who had been nearly nineteen and had shared earlier Beaver Island connections with her family. She said Maynard would be brought to the island for burial; on July 17 she reported that the burial had taken place in Matt and Wendy’s front yard.
