At about 6:45 a.m. on September 4, a Municipal Boat Dock employee found Chamber of Commerce property scattered around the site and observed someone inside the Chamber building. The suspect was later identified, arrested before boarding the ferry, and reported to have pleaded guilty and paid the Chamber $300. Nothing was reported stolen.
