Summary

The May 2011 Beacon publishes six Nature Walks scheduled from June 28 through July 27, covering bogs, Barney’s Lake, Cable’s Bay dunes, Little Sand Bay Preserve, Miller’s Marsh, and inland lakes. The trips were to depart from the Bio Station at 9 a.m. and were limited to 25 participants. The June issue adds the detailed Museum Week listings for the Little Sand Bay adult walk and the Miller’s Marsh children’s field trip.
