Summary

In May 1998 the Beaver Island Sub-Station announced that ORVs would no longer be allowed on Beaver Island roads, citing increased complaints and warning of a summons after one warning. The notice also restated that unauthorized entry onto private property, including beaches, could result in a summons.

Evidence limits

This preserves a contemporaneous law-enforcement notice; it does not replace the underlying county policy, statute, signs, citations, or later enforcement record.
