Summary
The January 29, 1991 Beaver Beacon published E.B. Lange’s environmental feature on plastics and recycled paper. It examined plastic coding and weak recycling markets, polystyrene and manufacturing pollution, recycled-paper labeling, bleaching and dioxins, and the environmental costs of paper production.
