Summary
At a March 1, 1956 Civic Association meeting, Fred Kellow of the State Health Department discussed sanitary-landfill operations and John Reynolds showed slides and films of landfill work elsewhere in Michigan. The March Beaver Beacon says the Road Commission was willing to rent equipment and an operator.
