Summary
By August 2007, the tub grinder had arrived at Beaver Island’s Transfer Station and work on its addition was moving forward. The Phragmites campaign also grew: township contributions rose to $2,500 each, the permit expanded from 20 to 40 acres, and treatment was coordinated with BIPOA and the DEQ.
Evidence limits
