Summary
At January meetings, St. James reappointed John Feigen to the Planning Commission and Don Vyse to the Airport Committee, named election inspectors, and adopted a poverty-exemption resolution. Peaine addressed the same exemption and accepted proof of liability insurance from the Transfer Station plow contractor. The County Road Commission abandoned its no-weekend-plowing policy for Beaver Island when needed, and the tub-grinder grant money was reported wired into the township account.
Evidence limits
This is a newspaper summary of township actions, not signed minutes, tax files, grant records, or a complete road-service log.
