Summary
The October 2006 St. James Township meeting considered making the volunteer- built Northcutt Bay shelter on Garden Island a five-acre Township Park and agreed to write a letter saying the idea would be considered. The same report records approval of a three-year Fresh Air lease at the Municipal Airport after the ordinance was revised.
Evidence limits
This newspaper report documents consideration and contract terms, not the later park decision, DNR disposition, or complete lease text.
