Summary
The Gull Harbor Project sought pledges and contributions to help St. James Township preserve a 15-acre, 1,370-foot-shoreline tract near the harbor rather than allow private subdivision. Later Beacon notices thanked contributors and those who still planned to contribute after the preservation step was secured.
Evidence limits
This is a preservation appeal and option-status report, not a deed, completed purchase, conservation easement, or final fundraising account.
