Summary
At its January 27 public hearing and February 3 meeting, the Peaine Township Planning Commission considered three proposed zoning changes: P-2297, P-2298, and P-2299. The Commission denied the P-2297 commercial-rezoning proposal. For P-2298, it moved to consider the northern section for AB and to reject the commercial areas considered. For P-2299, an initial approval motion failed; a second motion concerning eight listed parcels for commercial rezoning passed 3–2.
