Summary
The Resilient Beaver Island master-planning process launched in summer 2016 with LIAA, the two township planning commissions, and a grant-supported public process. Forum notices document an August 31 public meeting, September stakeholder meetings, and an October 10–11 brainstorming and planning workshop sequence. The process continued into the 2017 Master Plan adoption and referral.
Evidence limits
The first-party LIAA notices establish the project’s launch and advertised process. They do not establish attendance, representativeness of public input, or that any particular submitted idea was adopted or implemented.
