Summary
The September 2011 Beacon reports that thirteen Royale Watercolor Society artists returned to Beaver Island after Central Michigan University ended a class that had run for more than twenty years. Most stayed at the Brothers’ Place for two weeks, painted independently, and exhibited the results at an August 13 Community Center show attended by about thirty patrons at a time.
