The November 1960 Beaver Beacon reported several property transactions: Thomas E. Phelps bought a lot at Boyles Beach; A. C. Comer and Edward Ryder households bought lots in Cables Bay; Robert Winchester bought a lot from V. H. LaFreniere and placed a trailer on it; and Henry Allen bought the John Conley home.
